One platform.
Every critical trade connection.

International trade rarely depends on one connection. TP4 brings the important pieces together so buyers and suppliers can focus on the transaction instead of coordinating everything separately.

  1. Buyer A business with a requirement: what, how much, where and when.
  2. Product The requirement becomes a clear product specification.
  3. Supplier Suitable suppliers are identified and approached.
  4. Verification Business and trade information is reviewed before terms.
  5. Finance Eligible trades are connected with finance options.
  6. Logistics Freight, documents and port handling are lined up.
  7. Shipment The cargo moves by sea, air or road.
  8. Delivery Goods arrive and the trade closes out.

How it works · 7 stages

From requirement to delivery.

Every TP4 trade follows the same seven stages. Keep scrolling and the route walks you through them, from the first message to the final delivery.

  1. Stage 01: Requirement

    Tell us what you need.

Product, specification, quantity, destination and timing. If you are selling, the same detail about what you have. A short form is enough to start.

  2. Stage 02: Discovery

Identify relevant products and market options.

TP4 reviews the requirement and looks at where the product is made, which markets supply it and what is realistic on price, volume and timing.

  3. Stage 03: Matching

    Connect suitable buyers and suppliers.

Buyers and suppliers are matched on specification, capacity, location and commercial fit, not just on product name.

  4. Stage 04: Verification

Review relevant business and trade information.

Company details, product documents and trade history are reviewed as appropriate to the transaction, before commercial terms are agreed.

  5. Stage 05: Commercial terms

    Coordinate key transaction details.

Price basis, delivery terms, payment terms, inspection and documents are set out so both sides are agreeing to the same thing.

  6. Stage 06: Finance + Logistics

Connect eligible financing and shipping requirements.

Where needed, the trade is connected with finance partners and with freight, port and documentation support.

  7. Stage 07: Shipment + Delivery

    Move the transaction toward completion.

The shipment is coordinated through loading, transit and arrival, with documents and communication kept in one place.

Trade finance

Capital shouldn’t be the reason a good trade doesn’t happen.

Finance can be an important part of a trade. TP4 can help connect eligible requirements with appropriate financing solutions and partners, so cash flow follows the deal instead of blocking it.

  • Pay suppliers on time

Secure the order and the price without waiting for your own buyer to pay you.

  • Offer buyers credit terms

Compete on 60- or 90-day terms while your working capital keeps moving.

  • Take on larger orders

Size the trade to the opportunity, not to the balance sheet.

Buyer pays after

Funds the payment to your supplier, so a confirmed order does not wait on your cash. Typically repaid once goods are sold or used.

Illustration of a typical cycle. Eligibility, amounts, pricing and approval are always decided by the finance provider.

Why TP4

Why businesses need the right middleman.

Trade gets complicated when every connection is managed separately. TP4 coordinates supplier and buyer discovery, business checks, finance, documents, shipping and delivery through one trade relationship. Five things stay true on every trade.

How TP4 works
  1. 01

    One point of contact.

Not separate threads with a supplier, a broker, a bank, a forwarder, a shipping line, an inspector and a customs broker. One relationship carries the trade.

  2. 02

    Specification first.

Every requirement is written in grade, quantity, Incoterm, destination and timing, so the offers you receive can be compared line by line.

  3. 03

    Reviewed before introduced.

Business and product information is reviewed as appropriate to the trade before introductions are made. What was checked is stated, never overstated.

  4. 04

    Documents that agree.

Invoice, packing list, certificates and bill of lading are checked against each other and against the contract before the goods move.

  5. 05

    Honest about limits.

No invented listings, no borrowed logos, no promised prices, finance or delivery dates. Partners decide what partners decide, and TP4 says so.

  • Business verification

Before commercial terms, TP4 reviews relevant company information for the parties involved, appropriate to the size and type of trade. Verification is a review, not a guarantee, and buyers and suppliers should still carry out their own checks.

  • Trade compliance

TP4 does not take part in trades that breach sanctions, export controls or import rules. Requirements involving restricted goods, destinations or parties are declined.

  • Documentation

Contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates and shipping documents should agree with each other. TP4 helps coordinate documents so the paperwork matches the deal.

  • Privacy

Information you share is used to assess and progress your requirement. Details are shared with potential counterparties or service partners only as needed for that purpose.

  • Data security

TP4 asks only for the information a trade needs. We never ask for passwords, bank logins or card details through forms or messages.

  • Responsible trading

Offers that cannot be verified, requests for upfront fees from unknown parties and document-first schemes are treated with caution. Real trades start with real requirements.

  • Terms

How TP4 is involved in a trade, and on what commercial basis, is agreed in writing before work that depends on it begins.

  • Communication & dispute process

If something goes wrong, raise it with TP4 in writing. Issues are reviewed against the agreed terms and documents, and the route to resolution is explained, including where it sits with the contracting parties.
